Digital Surveillance Consultants, LLC (DSC,
LLC) warrants its installed equipment and components including DVR's , Capture
Cards, Software, Cameras, Lenses, Audio Capture Devices, Power Supplies, and wiring to be free from defects in material
or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from date of installation.
This warranty includes parts and labor to repair or
replace, at DSC s discretion, any said defective components with like kind or quality components.
This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, fire, theft, vandalism, lightening strikes, use for which the system
was not intended, or failure to properly maintain as instructed.
Only DSC, LLC technicians, or those designated by DSC, LLC
are authorized to provide service or add additional equipment to the surveillance system. Any service by, or addition of equipment,
including hardware, software, cameras, audio capture devices by entities not authorized by DSC or its designates may
void your warranty. This is the sole and express warranty.
This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state. In no event shall DSC, LLC be liable for incidental
or consequential damages or have any liability with respect to defects other than the obligations set forth above.
